At WEARRY, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following condition:

• The product is damaged during delivery

To request a replacement, customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from start to finish.

The video must include:

  • The unopened package

  • The shipping label

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The damaged product clearly visible

Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Replacement & Refund Process

If your request is approved after verification of the unboxing video, WEARRY will arrange a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost.

In situations where a replacement product is not available, we may provide a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives the correct product in good condition.
